Fashion Hire are now giving customers the opportunity to sell your gently used or new designer handbag through The Closet section on our website.
Maybe it’s time to look through your designer bag Wardrobe and sell your beautiful designer bags through Fashion Hire and bag yourself some cash.
How It Works:
Your bag will be placed in The Closet section of the website and when your bag has been purchased, you receive 70% of the sale value, Fashion Hire will take 30% of the sale value as a comission.
As soon as we received information through email about your bag including any images, Fashion Hire will contact you if your bag is acceptable to be placed in The Closet.
On Acceptance please send your bag, through your designated courier/postal service to us, where upon reciept you will receive an email confirmation.
(Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of delivery of the bag, and Fashion Hire will not be held responsible for lost damaged or missing in transit items. The seller assumes full liability for the delivery of the bag to Fashion Hire)
Fashion Hire will inspect and research the bag to confirm authenticity and if the bag is not authentic, or found to be unsuitable, Fashion Hire will contact you and the bag will be returned immediately through the courier service of your choice.
(Please Note The Seller Assumes all Return Costs and Liability of In Transit Items)
Fashion Hire will contact you and inform you which category and at what price your designer bag will appear in the closet.
The price will be discussed and confirmed with the customer and will then feature in The Closet section of the site on approval.
Fashion Hire reserve the right not to accept designer bags that the company do not find suitable on the site. Do you have a minimum membership length?
You have to sign up for a minimum membership term of 3 months. If after this time, in you decide that Fashion Hire membership is not for you, please write or e-mail us at the end of the third month, return all handbags which you have checked out and your membership will be immediately cancelled.How are the bags delivered?
All our bags are delivered by our designated couriers. The courier service used is UPS. UPS will deliver your bags and collect your bags where you have noted at either home or work address.HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP
Please email us with a request to cancel at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel it right away any time after the inital 3 months commitment. At this point you have to of returned all the bags back to us.How do I get the bag back to you?
When you're ready to return the bag simply pack it in its original packaging and affix the self adhesive Fashion Hire label provided to you when the bag was first delivered
Send us an e mail 24 hours prior to the collection day and our designated couriers will collect from your chosen address
No additional fees or postage will be payable and the bag will be fully insured during transit to us.

If your membership account is in good standing order you can keep it for a period of three months. At the end of this three month period you will have the option of hiring the bag again on the same terms and you can keep the bag for a further 3 months
OR return the bag to us and choosing a new one from our extensive rangeHow long do bags take to arrive?
If the bag you choose is available, you will receive it within 2- 3 working days of recieving the order. If it is not available, we will let you know.
You will recieve an e-mail when we despatch the bag and you should recieve the bag within the next working day.
If you do not recieve the bag in this time frame please notify us.How much does delivery cost?
Each time you hire a bag £12.99 will be charged to your account. This fee covers the cost of shipping the bag to you by UPS as well as the cost of returning it to us . This fee also covers full insurance for the bag while it is in transit only both to and from you.

Any marks, tears, spills, scratches and damage will not be covered in the insurance and is at Fashionhire discretion what is covered within the wear and tear. The bag will be inspected by Fashionhire and will inform you if the bag is not covered in the insurance policy. We ask to respect and treat the bags as they are in your possession.

Unfortunately certain bags are not available to buy depending on their exclusivity and rarity.what happens if my bag is delayed in transit back and i get charged
Each instance differs but if the bag has been delayed or is in transit and the payment gate way charges you for another month we would normally refund this back to your self.What happens if the bag I have borrowed becomes damaged or lost?
If any of these unfortunate things happen, the first thing you should do is to inform us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
(a) Lost handbags - If the handbag has been lost, you will be charged a replacement fee, which can vary depending on the item in question.
(b) Dirty or damaged handbags - With regard to dirtied or damaged handbags, once we have received your notification e-mail, we will ask you to return the bag to us immediately so that we can assess the extent of the damage. When making our assessment, we will take into account the length of time for which you had the handbag and normal wear and tear commensurate with that length of usage. If damage beyond normal wear and tear has been suffered by the handbag such that the bag becomes incapable of being repaired or restored to its original condition (fair wear and tear excepted), you will be charged a replacement fee. If we determine that the damaged handbag is capable of being repaired or restored to its original condition (fair wear and tear excepted), you will, in our discretion, be charged a lesser amount instead of the applicable replacement fee for that handbag. See (c) below for replacement fees.
(c) Replacement Fees - The estimated replacement fee for a handbag from the Cheap & Chic Collection is up to £250. Handbags from the Fashion Freak Collection will incur a replacement fee of up to £600 and those from the Glamour Queen Collection will incur a replacement fee depending on the bag, the minimum fee will start at £600. Due to their exclusivity and uniqueness, handbags from the Glamour Queen Collection are subject to their own individually priced replacement fees. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org

With GOLD membership you do NOT pay any hire charge and can have up to 2 bags at any one time.
The advantage with this membership is that you can swap the bags as many times without any hire charges. (maximum twice a month)
All deliveries and insurance (for wear and tear) are included and NO further membership fees are to be paid.
The delivery charges are paid for once in a month and you can select only one bag from the Glamour Queen section. Also the Hermes Bags are excluded from this offer
You can keep the same 2 bags upto 3 months before swapping.
Minimum commitment is 3 months from the time you sign up.What is a Pay as you go Membership (standard) ?
This is when you pay a low monthly membership fee of £9.95 per month minimum of 3 months and then pay a further hire charge when you select a bag.
If you want to sign up for 6 months it is £45.00
Or if you want to sign up for 12 months it is £60.00

As soon as your bag is despatched you should receive an email confirming shipment and from this date your monthly hire period starts.

Membership billing occurs on the day you sign up and then each month on the anniversary date of the day you signed up. If the anniversary is not a valid day it will be the next valid day.Why do bags only have a monthly rental?
With the high cost of shipping it is not cost effective to hire out for only a week
