Billing
We require a minimum commitment of three months membership.
After the Initial Term, you will continue to be billed on a re-occurring basis you signed up for unless you decide to cancel
To cancel simply send us a email with your full name.
Insurance costs are optional and only cover excessive wear and tear (not theft or loss).
Your hire period ONLY starts on the day we actually ship the bag
Delivery
There is a £9.99 round trip delivery charge added to your account each time you borrow a bag.
The bag is sent to you by our designated couriers.
When you're ready to return the bag simply pack it in its original packaging and affix the self adhesive Fashion Hire label & Returns label provided to you when the bag was first delivered.

No additional fees or postage will be payable and the bag will be fully insured during transit to us.
We cover United Kingdom only
Borrowing
Proof of id and payment details are required and we will contact you if we require any further information before despatching your bag.
By signing up to the Service you agree to disclose to us details of your credit/debit card as prompted by our registration page and you agree that we can bill your card directly for amounts due to us.
With insurance, you will be covered from any excessive wear and tear your item may experience while on loan to you.
This coverage does not include theft or loss.
